Not in love? Send it back. Easy.

Our 30-day promise: If you're not obsessed with your order, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. No questions, no restocking fees, no awkward conversations.

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@aure.shop with your order number and what you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  3. Pop your item in any package, slap on the label, drop it off.
  4. Refunds land back on your card within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

Defective or damaged?

If your order arrives broken, dim, or just not right, email us a photo at returns@aure.shop. We'll send a free replacement — you don't even need to ship the original back.

1-year quality guarantee

Every Auré product is covered for a full year against manufacturing defects. If the panel stops charging, the LED dims unexpectedly, or the stake snaps under normal use — we'll replace it free.

What we can't return

  • Items damaged from misuse (running over with a lawnmower, etc.)
  • Final sale items marked as such on the product page
  • Returns received more than 30 days after delivery
