Everything you need to know about getting your Auré order from our warehouse to your front door.

How long until it arrives?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days from the time you order:

• Order processing: 1–2 business days
• Shipping in transit: 6–10 business days
• Tracking number: emailed the moment your order ships

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Hawaii and Alaska). We're working on Canada, the UK, and Australia next — follow us or join the email list to know when.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every U.S. order. No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

My package is late or lost — what do I do?

If your tracking hasn't moved in 5+ business days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, email us at hello@aure.shop with your order number. We'll fix it — always.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

Domestic U.S. orders never incur duties. International orders may incur local import fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
